2. User Responsibilities & Account Security
2.1 Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order or creating an account.

2.3 Colourwings is not liable for unauthorized transactions made through your account due to negligence in safeguarding login details.
3. Product & Order Policy
3.1 All products listed on Colourwings.in are custom-printed based on user specifications and approvals.
3.2 Customers must ensure that all provided designs, text, and images are accurate, free of errors, and comply with copyright and intellectual property laws.
3.3 Minor color variations between on-screen previews and the final printed product are normal and do not qualify for a return or refund.
3.4 Once an order is confirmed and enters the production phase, modifications, cancellations, or refunds are not allowed unless specified under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
4. Pricing, Payments & Invoicing
4.1 Prices listed on Colourwings.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST (18%) unless otherwise stated.
4.2 We accept payments through secure online gateways, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for custom-printed products.
4.3 Colourwings reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, fraudulent activity, or payment failure.
4.4 Invoices are generated automatically after successful order placement and can be accessed through your account.
5. Shipping & Delivery Policy
5.1 Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, while express shipping takes 2-4 business days, subject to location and courier availability.
5.2 Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched. Colourwings is not responsible for delays due to courier partners, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
5.3 In case of non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the user, re-shipment charges will apply.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
6.1 Returns or replacements are only applicable in the following cases:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- There is a significant printing error that deviates from the approved design.
- An incorrect item was sent.
6.2 Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.
6.3 Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be considered.
6.4 Colourwings is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted designs. We strongly advise users to double-check all artwork before submission.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 All content, including but not limited to logos, images, graphics, text, and software, on Colourwings.in is the property of Colourwings and is protected under intellectual property laws.
7.2 Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission from Colourwings.
7.3 By uploading designs for printing, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use such content. Colourwings is not liable for copyright violations arising from user-submitted content.
8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
8.1 Colourwings shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
8.2 We do not guarantee that our website will always function error-free, be secure, or be available without interruption.
8.3 In case of a dispute, Colourwings’ total liability is limited to the order value.
8.4 Force Majeure: Colourwings is not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government actions, labor strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
9. Cancellations & Order Changes
9.1 Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once printing starts, cancellations are not permitted.
9.2 Colourwings reserves the right to cancel an order at its discretion due to unforeseen production constraints or fraudulent activity.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
10.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
10.2 In the event of a dispute, parties shall first attempt to resolve matters amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
