At Colourwings, we strive to process and deliver your custom-printed products as quickly as possible. Since our products are made to order, cancellations and modifications are subject to the following terms.
1. Order Cancellation Eligibility
1.1 Orders can be canceled only before production begins. Once printing has started, cancellations are not allowed.
1.2 If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at info.colourwings@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +91 9427 4444 95 with your order details.
1.3 Colourwings reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion due to unforeseen production constraints, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
2. Refunds for Canceled Orders
2.1 If your order is canceled before production, you are eligible for a full refund, which will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
2.2 If cancellation is requested after production has begun, no refund will be issued as the product is customized and cannot be resold.
2.3 In cases where Colourwings initiates the cancellation, a full refund will be provided, regardless of the production status.
3. Modifications to Orders
3.1 Design or detail modifications can be requested only before production begins. Once printing has started, changes cannot be accommodated.
3.2 To request modifications, contact our support team immediately with your order details.
3.3 Any modification requests after production has started will be considered new orders and charged accordingly.
4. Exceptions
4.1 Orders delayed due to factors beyond our control (such as courier delays or natural disasters) cannot be canceled once in production.
4.2 Custom orders that require special materials or bulk production may not be eligible for cancellation, even before production begins. This will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
