1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
We accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
- You received the wrong item that does not match your order.
- There is a printing error that differs from the approved design.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind or incorrect design uploads by the customer.
- Minor color variations due to screen differences.
2. Return Process

- Provide order details, images of the defective product, and a brief description of the issue.
- Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
- If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on the issue.
3. Refund Process
- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- If a replacement is offered, no refunds will be issued.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
4. Cancellations & Order Changes
- Orders can be canceled or modified only before production begins.
- Once printing has started, cancellations are not allowed.
